INITIAL CONSULT

Can be on the phone, in person, or virtual. During this conversation we will discuss your long- and short-term goals. We will identify whether you are seeking a new challenge, or to begin your journey anew. Goal identification should always be Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time bound.

FIRST SESSION AND ASSESSMENT

At your first session be prepared for a one-hour deep dive into your personal experience with health and fitness, successes, failures, and challenges alike. We will conduct several assessments to determine your readiness level and identify any areas of concern that may require more deliberate attention during our future sessions.

ONE ON ONE

One hour one on one training sessions, individualized goal oriented workouts.

One on One Session - $75/ 1hr (Individual Trainer Prices May Vary)

Clients who train more than 1 day a week are charged - $70/1hr


COUPLES

One hour training session for two people. Shared goals, bonding, community. Perfect for anyone who needs just a bit more accountability.

Couples Session - $125/1hr per couple

SMALL GROUP

Small group classes are designed for you and your friends or family to participate in something challenging together. Training together in a group can build bonds and increase motivation, so bring a friend or two and train in an intimate setting specifically curated for your group.

Small Groups 3-4

$50 per participant(Individual trainer prices may vary)

Disclaimer: space is limited the times available for group classes may be limited to weekends, or low traffic hours in some cases.

Groups greater than 4 will be considered an “event” and will require a booking link.

INDIVIDUALIZED PROGRAMMING
&
TUTORIALS

Can be purchased separately and provided remotely VIA “Somble” with corresponding workout videos.

Programming only without training - $135 /Month

Clients who train 3x a week or more receive a program at no cost $0

Clients who train less than 3x a week and want to have a supplemental program for non in person days will be charged a single session fee at the beginning of each month.

Tutorials can be purchased via “Somble” for a one time fee. Tutorials include in-depth video instruction on how to complete specific workouts in a safe progression.
